Aruba Ports Authority (APA) has a need for the development of its commercial strategy, as well as for the management of a large area transformation project. The close working relationship with Port of Amsterdam International made us the ideal partner to support APA in its ambition.

The Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management and the ‘Openbaar Lichaam Bonaire’ identified the need to improve the performance of the port authority on the island and to expand commercial capacity. This included serious infrastructural repairs to some parts of the ports, exploring the possibility for relocation of the cargo port, and revising nautical management procedures.

The government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region aimed to stimulate large-scale cruise tourism between mainland China and Hong Kong. It therefore wanted to construct a cruise terminal that could accommodate larger cruise vessels. This required an innovative and future proof design, with an optimal layout and operation as well as flawless equipment integration and installation.
